We’re so excited to present the first in a series of introductions to the GHGH 2010 Team! Kaycee Parker, of Parker Events, has been a wedding and event planner for 5 years, and is our Vice President of Events. She has the task of coordinating all our events, but most especially the fabulous auction at the Four Seasons on October 28!!
Kaycee, what do you love about your work? I love helping people: easing their stress and putting a big smile on their face. I also adore organization & the little details.
What drew you to Get Hitched, Give Hope? Many of my colleagues were already involved & I wanted to support them. I am also a huge believer in the cause. My maternal grandmother lost her fight against breast cancer & my paternal grandmother is now in remission, yea! My sister has had two benign lumps removed because we are now aware and dedicated to early detection and educating ourselves. It is a very present disease in my family.
Are you donating a live or silent auction item and/or swag? Silent Auction & Swag! My silent auction package will include some fun planning essentials & hours and my swag item is sure to be fabulous!

What is your favorite product or service you provide? Emotional Supporter. Many of my clients are going through one of the biggest times of their lives and I am there to experience it with them, celebrating their joys, easing their fears & making sure it is memorable.
Why do clients choose you? I am all about personal service. I will never try to fit my clients event into a box, rather helping them achieve everything they were hoping for. They will always feel like they are the most important event…which they are!
