Tell us a little bit about yourself!! What do you do & what does your business specialize in?

I am an event planner & designer and love what I do. There are so many things about my job that I enjoy, but my favorite is watching couples enjoy their wedding day while I handle the behind the scene details & logistics. I am there to make things easier and more enjoyable for my clients, their friends & family.

Wedding Design Consulting & Month-of Planning

Let us take care of you and the details before your wedding day! One month before your wedding, we schedule 2 in-person meetings, confirmation with all your vendors & Day-of wedding timeline.
Rehearsal Coordination and 6 hours of set up and on-site ceremony & reception assistance. We will also provide you with planning tools and referrals for the Best Wedding Professionals.
Plus, 4-2 hour Design Consultation meetings throughout the planning process to help you plan and execute your vision for your wedding!

Is this your first year with with us or have you participated with GHGH in the past??

I have been involved in Get Hitched Give Hope since the very first event. I had my consulting services in the silent auction. I love this event, the cause and the people. We are some of the best wedding professionals in the area, we spend all year planning this one night. I am on the Board of Get Hitched Give Hope and served as the president for 2010 and 2011.

Tell us your FAVORITE part of weddings!!

Each client is so different, that my favorite part of their wedding is also unique to them. I do love sneaking my clients into their reception before their guests take their seats for dinner, it is a moment that you can only have once. We work together to plan all the details, then this is a moment to see it all come together. The flowers, linens, place cards, china, favors, lighting…I enjoy watching their surprise & delight when they see how beautiful it is!

Do you have any insider secrets to tell our brides to make their planning (and enjoyment of their wedding) easier?

Hire a professional wedding planner. It will not only save you time, money & stress but it will also allow your friends & family the ability to enjoy you and your day of celebration.
I also recommend having your dress professionally altered. Make sure that you feel comfortable in the dress before you take it home from the bridal boutique. The last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is your dress not fitting correctly.
