What do you do for GHGH and how long have you been involved?
I am on the fundraising team headed by Heather Driscoll. This is my second year.
What brought you to GHGH (why did you want to get involved?)
Heather always talked great things about it and this year I wanted to get more involved to reach a bigger group of those in need than I was with my own charity, Dine with Pride.
What is your favorite part of your experience with GHGH?
Everyone is very friendly & accommodating. Don’t know how to do something? Just ask. Have an idea? Let everyone know. We really work as a team.
You own Bourgeoisie Brunches; what drew you to your job?
“I own & operate Bourgeoisie Brunches (mobile cooking classes) & The French Connection (pop up restaurant)
I started my business as a mobile chef instructor to travel & show people the dying art of cooking. Most people think it is reserved for celebrity chefs – I here to teach you anyone can do it (and remind you that most used to before we all got so busy)
I started the pop up restaurant as a way to socialize people of different backgrounds in a fun atmosphere to just talk & network…over wine & food.”
Are you married? And if you are, what was your favorite part of your wedding or what would you have done differently?
Not married, but happily partnered.
What color shoes do you plan to wear to this years event?
God & finances willing, PINK!
Thank you Chef Ricky!
